This event occurs when a key event notification could not be sent to some or all keychain clients using IPML group send. msg: Key event name: Keychain name failed: Number of failed clients count: Total number of clients of keychain
If send failed to some clients but not all then unregister the clients from the keychain and register them again or restart the client processes. If that does not work or send failed for all clients then reboot the switch.
